That’s right — the rooftop helipad at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, designed and installed by FEC Heliports, makes multiple appearances throughout the show’s first season! Most notably, it’s featured in Episode 9 with some impressive aerial shots near the end. We also caught glimpses in Episodes 2 and 4—and maybe a few more.

Where Was Pulse Filmed?
Wondering where Pulse was filmed? Much of the exterior footage was shot on location in Miami, Florida, including hospital skylines and beach scenes—plus a rooftop helipad designed by FEC Heliports. Interior hospital scenes were filmed on detailed sets in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
